Smartrental Collection Gran Via Centric - Madrid

The studio was well-equipped with a kitchen, comfortable bed, and a lovely private terrace that offered amazing views of Madrid. The location was fantastic. Right on Gran Via. Friendly staff provided great service.

Everything was good, so were fabulous views at sunset. The location was marvellous for walking around a huge plaza. Moreover, it was so close to Royal palace, museums, restaurants and many more, everything, metro stations, shopping areas, theaters, restaurants, and many other important landmarks that can be easily be done by foot and metro stations...

The king studio didn't seem appealing on photos but it was brand-new with a very comfortable bed. The hotel had a magnificent location close to a prominent opera house. The service was very good as we had expected. The staff members were all affable and pleasant.

The room was beautifully decorated in general, with a very comfortable bed. The location was stunning and favourable - ease of access to Plaza de Callao.

This hotel was booked by my partner for my birthday weekend in Madrid.. from the minute we got there we realised the location was perfect, we had amazing service from the receptionist and someone helped us to our rooms with the bags, they couldn't do enough for you, from showing you around the room and how to use the technology (Bluetooth in room), advice on places to visit and restaurants & you got free water, tea and coffee! The sky bar had lovely views although slightly pricey was nice to have a drink before you went out! The room was beautiful, clean and perfectly stocked with little added extras such as shampoo, body lotion, chocolates by the bed and to make it extra special they gave us a bottle of champagne and a box of chocolates for my birthday! The only little niggle I had was there was a slight amount of noice during the night but what can you expect from a central location! We actually wanted to spend time in the room it was that lovely.. This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in and has definitely set my standards high for places I will stay in future!!

The location is amazing in the middle of everything!

Unfortunately, the noise level was quite disruptive. Even with the windows shut, street performers caused disturbances late into the night. The wifi signal in the bedroom was unreliable, frustrating for my kids.

It is a stunningly beautiful property located in Centro district just off also restaurants, a taxi to airport, and the center of Madrid main shopping area.

Each interaction with the team revealed their genuine dedication to service, helping us with everything from dinner reservations to travel bookings, we experienced the best of the city.

While our overall experience was fantastic, the noise from the bustling Gran Via could be a distraction at times. Even with soundproof windows, street sounds permeated at night. We found that the vibrant atmosphere added to our trip's charm, even if it came at the expense of some sleep.

Consider using the laundry facilities to pack lighter and enjoy fresh clothes during your stay.
